Return and exchange policy
- The customer has 14 days to return or exchange the product in its original condition (factory packaging), and the product amount will be returned to the customer in full, except for the shipping fee, which is 29 riyals.
- Any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged
- If the product has a manufacturing defect, is broken, or is other than the description written on the site, it will be dealt with under the terms of the warranty
