Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the ONLY PC store (the "Service"). By accessing or using the store, you agree to these terms. They apply to all visitors and customers. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the store.
1. Products and Accuracy of Information
- We update products, prices and availability in the store on an ongoing basis.
- A product's price, description or availability may occasionally be shown incorrectly, and we may correct any error at any time.
- Images are for illustration. Some parts in a PC build may come from a different manufacturer with an equal or better part, and we'll let you know about any change before shipping.
2. Orders and Payment
- All prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR).
- Available payment methods are shown at checkout, including bank cards and installments with Tamara (up to 24 payments, subject to Tamara's terms) and other installment partners.
- We never receive or store your card details; payments are processed through secure, licensed payment gateways.
- You confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method and that the information you provide is true and complete.
- We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as product unavailability, a pricing or description error, or suspected fraud. In these cases, we refund the full amount.
3. PC Builds
- Preparing a PC build takes 1 to 14 business days, covering assembly, installation and testing, after which it's shipped.
- We install Windows 11 with a genuine activation key and test every build before shipping.
4. Shipping, Returns and Warranty
Shipping times, returns, exchanges and warranty are governed by the policies published in the store — the Delivery Policy, Return and Exchange Policy, Warranty and Pre-Order Policy — which form part of these terms.
5. Accounts
- Your account details (name, mobile number and address) must be accurate and up to date so your order reaches you.
- You're responsible for any activity on your account and must tell us right away about any unauthorized use.
- We may suspend any account that breaches these terms or is misused.
6. Reviews and Content
- When you write a review or post content in the store, you're responsible for its accuracy and appropriateness, and you allow us to display it in the store.
- We may hide any offensive or inappropriate content.
7. Intellectual Property
The ONLY PC name, logo and store content (text, images and designs) belong to ONLY PC and may not be copied or used without prior permission. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep the store running smoothly and securely, but we can't guarantee it will be completely free of errors or temporary interruptions. ONLY PC is not liable for indirect damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation of products.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with the Privacy Policy published in the store.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published in the store, and continuing to use the store means you accept them.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will first be settled amicably; otherwise, it will be referred to the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
