A pre-order is an order you place and pay for in advance to reserve a product before it is officially in stock.
1. Payment and Confirmation
- The full order amount must be paid in advance to confirm the reservation.
- Orders that are not fully paid are not processed or confirmed.
2. Waiting Time
Depends on suppliers and couriers.
3. Changing Your Order
The product cannot be changed or modified once the pre-order is confirmed. You can cancel it under the cancellation terms below.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancelled by the customer: full refund minus electronic payment fees.
- Product permanently unavailable: full refund with no deductions.
Electronic payment fees:
- 2.4% of the order value for Mada, Visa, or Mastercard payments.
- 7% for installment payments (Tamara, MISPay, Tabby).
5. Price Changes
ONLY PC is not responsible for any change in the product's price after the pre-order, and price differences are not compensated.
6. Returns and Exchanges
- Our general Return and Exchange Policy applies.
- If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, it is replaced under our Warranty policy.
7. Agreement
Placing a pre-order with ONLY PC means the customer has read and accepted these terms.
