ONLY PC ships to all regions of Saudi Arabia through several couriers, including SMSA and other carriers available at checkout.
Delivery Time (Estimated)
- Products (parts and accessories): 1 to 7 business days.
- Custom-built PCs: 1 to 14 business days, and up to 30 business days depending on workload or the nature of the build and testing.
- Times may be longer or shorter depending on workload at the courier or at ONLY PC, or operational circumstances beyond our control.
- Couriers usually operate Sunday to Thursday.
- Products with a specific shipping time shown on their page follow the time stated on that page.

Cancelling Before Shipping
- ONLY PC may cancel an order, or an item in it, at any time before shipping and refund the amount due to the customer.
- If an order is delayed, the customer may request cancellation as long as it has not been handed to the courier.
- After shipping: the customer must first receive the order, then request a return or exchange under our Return and Exchange Policy.
Liability for Delays
ONLY PC is not liable for additional compensation, indirect damages, or consequential losses due to shipping or delivery delays, inability to use the product, or loss of profit.
Shipment Insurance
- Orders ship by default without additional insurance on the shipment value.
- Customers can request insurance by contacting ONLY PC before shipping and pay its fee as displayed or agreed at the time of the order.
- Without additional insurance, any claim for loss or damage in transit is subject to the courier's policy and compensation limits. ONLY PC is not obliged to pay any additional amounts, and the case is handled according to the investigation results and the procedures of the store and the courier.
- Completing an order without selecting insurance means the customer accepts shipping under the courier's liability limits.
International Shipping
- Delivery time varies by country and courier.
- ONLY PC is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, circumstances beyond its control, or operational reasons outside its control.
- The customer pays all taxes, customs duties, and additional fees (if any) in the destination country.
- Customers should review their country's customs regulations before ordering. ONLY PC's obligation is limited to providing the invoices and documents required by couriers, where available.
Agreement
Completing a purchase from ONLY PC constitutes explicit and binding acceptance of all terms of this policy, which forms part of the electronic contract between the customer and the store, in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
